Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to BuyTicket.App, a digital ticketing platform designed to facilitate fundraising for political candidates. This platform is owned and operated by ServingIntel Inc. (“ServingIntel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and is made available to the Great American PAC (“PAC”) for the purpose of selling tickets and raising funds for various political candidates and the Donald J. Trump Presidential Committee.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BuyTicket.App services, websites, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident. You affirm that the contributions made through the Service are from your own funds, not provided by another person or entity, and are made using a personal credit card.

Use of the Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Service, is the property of ServingIntel or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Contribution Terms

– Contributions are not refundable.

– Contributions are made from your own funds and not those provided by another.

– Contributions are made using a personal credit card, not a corporate or business credit card.

– You are not a federal contractor, and contributions are not made from the treasuries of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Mediation Association. The arbitration will take place in Kane County, Illinois.

Limitation of Liability

ServingIntel’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ServingIntel regarding your use of the Service.
